Information we collect
Depending on the form you use, McBride Pathways may collect contact information, Veteran/referral information, county and service needs, referral-source information, partnership inquiries, and other information you choose to provide. We seek to collect only information reasonably needed for the requested contact or service.
How we use information
Information may be used to respond to requests, determine next steps or eligibility, coordinate referrals and warm handoffs, manage program operations, document outreach/referral activity, maintain required records, and meet lawful grant/program obligations.
Who may access or receive information
Access is limited to authorized McBride Pathways personnel and approved service providers/systems as needed for legitimate operations. Information may be shared with another organization when authorized, necessary for an approved referral or service process, or otherwise required/permitted by law. A referral source is not automatically entitled to a Veteran's case information.
Website and form security
McBride Pathways uses approved website and information systems and takes reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Do not submit unnecessary Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, or identity documents through a general website form.
Emergency limitation
Website forms and email are not continuously monitored emergency services. If there is immediate danger, call 911. Veterans in crisis may call 988 and press 1 or text 838255.
Children
The website is intended for Veteran and adult referral/service coordination. Do not knowingly submit a minor's sensitive information through a general form unless an authorized McBride Pathways process specifically requests it.
Questions and corrections
For privacy questions or to request correction of information you submitted, contact McBride Pathways through the contact information on the main website. Requests are handled subject to applicable recordkeeping, legal and grant requirements.
